We´re in Argentina!
Well, after an unexpected turn of events we are now in Bariloche, Argentina!
Our 2 week outreach on the south island of Chiloe was an amazing experience. We did a lot of construction and building work with a YWAM base. We also spend a lot of time teaching in schools and in churches and it was really challenging for us and we learned a lot.
Now you are probably wondering what we are doing in Argentina... Well, during our stay here in Chile we had to at some point leave the country to renew our tourist visa. We figured that now would be the easiest time to do it and it also lines up with our one year anniversary (tomorrow!) It has also been a time of recharging and rest for us.
So this is just a little update. We will be returning back to Pichilemu on Monday and then I´ll post some pictures from our outreach to Chiloe and give you a little more detail of what the past few weeks have looked like!
Please pray for our upcoming travel, we have 3 buses to go through and over 24 hours of travel time! ciao.
Happy Anniversary!! We have 3 more weeks for our 1st and we're having a missions fair at our church and bringing in my favorite worship band for a concert to cap it off the Sunday night. Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 1 year! See you in Canada next month!!

Hey friends,
ReplyDeleteMiss you guys so much and I meant to email you guys 3 days ago on your 1 year anniversary!!!! Congrats :)
You guys are just traveling the world, cant wait to see your new pics. I think about you guys often and pray that God will put us in the mission field sooner than later - i think about our YWAM experience years ago and sometimes get teary eyed, so as we pray for your safety and for God to bless your work, please keep Barry and I in your prayers for guidance, direction, and faith to know God will come through every time!!!
Love you both,
Kari
