Christmas time is here!
I love the month of December, and although the weather here in Southern California's doesn't exactly scream "Christmas time" it doesn't hinder my Christmas spirit one bit. I'll gladly listen to Christmas carols with the AC on and sip my frozen hot chocolate. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see some snow around here but a quick trip to Forest Falls or Big Bear can fix that.The one thing I'm a little sad about is that we won't be going up to Canada this year. I am currently processing my immigration papers so I can't leave the country for a while. This is why I am especially thankful for Skype video calling because I know I'll be able to see my family and my nephew on his first Christmas even though I will be miles away. What a great invention :)
You inspire me to get creative with my Christmas decor and the camera. The tree goes up this weekend, maybe I'll get some spirit in my blog.
ReplyDeleteI took a similar picture of one of my ornaments, I'll have to upload it and show you! I feel your pain not being about to leave, I was stuck here for 2 1/2 years! Hopefully yours will go much faster!!! That is, afterall, the theoretic reason why they increased the fees! Got an email coming your way!
