It has cooled down quite a bit here in California and we've had a lot of rain the last few days which means lots of snow in the mountains. This is our view from where we live, I love it! There's nothing like snowy mountaintops... The trees are also starting to show a little fall colors now that the temperatures have dropped. I think everything is so beautiful this time of year, it's fantastic! I love bundling up in my jackets and scarves, I love not having to use the AC for a few months and I love falling asleep to the sound of rain outside my window. Winter in California is my favorite...

Yeah, just rub in how nice it is there. It isn't quite as bad as where Katie is, but we have -4 with -16 windchill and about 1/2 foot of snow. What I wouldn't do for a warm vacation now.
