twenty four

I had the best birthday yesterday! Aaron and I drove to the Pasadena area and spent the afternoon at the Huntington Library and Gardens. We had first gone there last March and I absolutely loved it so I was really excited to return a second time. We spent four hours walking around the 120 acres of themed gardens and took lots of pictures. What made it even better was that it was 30C/86F! It felt like a warm summer day in the middle of January, I even got to wear a dress :) For dinner we headed over to Old Town and I had some delicious ahi sashimi at The Yardhouse. We ended the day at the movies and we saw Gran Torino, it was really good!

I was so happy to spend the whole day with my wonderful husband in such a beautiful place. I couldn't have asked for a better way to turn 24.
