The Back Road

It has been pouring rain for the last couple of days which is great because I love this kind of  weather. It's the kind of days that make me just want to curl up with a cup of tea and a blanket and watch a movie or play scrabble with my husband. 

The rain subsided for a few hours this afternoon and as I was driving home from work I noticed how beautiful and "un-smoggy" everything looked. I decided to make a few stops along the side of the road and pull out my camera. I've been driving down this back road for a year and a half now and can't believe it's taken me this long to stop! Well I'm glad I finally did and that definitely teaches me to pull over more often.
